Kilgore International, Inc. is the distributor for the NISSIN Dental Products in North America only - please visit the manufacturer's website if you are outside the US or Canada, for a dealer near you.
Please note that we ship all orders via UPS for Canada and US addresses. We rarely ship via the Post Office due to unreliability. Through UPS we have negotiated reasonable rates that include the brokerage fees for Canadian orders and delivery is usually within a couple of business days once shipped and we are able to track the package continuously. Please note that when we ship to Canada we only charge you for the actual shipping charges on our side. We do not have any control over taxes or bond fees that are charged by the Canadian Government once it is out for delivery. UPS charges start around $55 for a 1 lb package depending on where in Canada it is being delivered. This charge includes the brokerage fee. For packages within the US average charges are around $17 for a 1 lb package. Standard shipping time in the US for online orders is 10-15 business days which includes the order processing time. For Canada it is 15-20 business days for items that are in stock. If product is not in stock standard lead time is 8-12 weeks.
If you wish to expedite an order please note that our cut-off for shipping same day is 1 pm EST. We must have the order prior to that time and fulfillment is dependent on whether or not we have the product in inventory. We will contact you if we cannot meet your request.
Unfortunately at this time, our inventory system is not tied into our website. This means that items may be out of stock when you place your order and it is not possible for us to let you know through the automated website. Please see our Terms and Conditions for additional information on how shipments and backorders are handled.
